How to bake Banana Cake / 香蕉蛋糕 (Step by Step)
Banana is a popular and hassle-free fruit. Athletes are bound to bring banana to eat before or after their trainings and competitions as it provides energy.
During Covid-19 pandemic period, people tend to get more stressful easily because they are worried about catching Covid-19 virus, losing his/her job, increasing of workload, lacking of manpower, school’s academic results and many others. Study shows that banana aids to reduce stress. By eating a banana a day, helps to keep the ‘blue mood’ away. So, if you are stressful, try eating banana every day!
Usually, people only eat the nice ripe yellow bananas and when black spots grow on bananas, people might find it not fresh and would throw them away. However, do you know that these entirely ripe bananas with black spots, can actually help to increase the white blood cell number and enhance immunity? So next time, do not throw them away, as these bananas are most suitable for making banana cake and it is easier to mashed them too.
Even the banana peel might be helpful in dealing with acne or psoriasis. Just need to rub the inside of the banana peel over the affected area.

Tips: Banana peel might be helpful in dealing with acne or psoriasis. Just need to rub the inside of the banana peel over the affected area. However, results may vary depending on the severity of the skin problem and the length of banana peel use, so please perform a patch test first to see if it works for you. For those who has sweet tooth, you might want to increase the caster sugar from 60g to 75g. However, for those who dislike it too sweet, you could even reduce the sugar from 60g to 50g or to your preference, as banana has its own sweetness already.
Note: It is best to eat banana before sunset. For those people who has sinus, prolonged cough or Yin (cooling) body, they might not be suitable to eat bananas or at least until they have recovered.
